This Upgrade Kit will update two previously purchased and UNBUILT EH513 HO Water Tank Kits to the EH513A Version.

This upgrade Kit makes building the Water Box Subassembly portion of the Kit much easier than the previous EH513 kits. The original Kit had the builder edge-glue many 2”x12” pieces to create the walls for the Water Box and then glue them all together to get a critically crucial rectangular Water Box with square corners and perpendicular walls. This process was complex, even with seasoned model builders. This Upgrade kit provides the average builder with an easy-to-build internal Water Box where they will plank with the 2” x 12” pieces to get a great looking Water Box! The Kit includes one set of the full updated EH513A Instruction Manual, eight new drawings/Templates, and two complete sets of new Parts to build the Water Box. This includes the new Inner Box, replacement 2x12 Planking for the Top and all four sides and 6x8 Vertical and Horizontal Supports. The remaining EH513 Kit Parts do not change and are used in the build of the EH513A Water Tank Kit.
