Disc has a couple handfuls of light scratches–nothing remotely deep or worrying.  I also tested the CD by playing it all the way through, and it played perfectly.

Booklet has some light creasing, creasing-related waviness, and edge/fold wear.

Rear insert has some vague waviness.

Case has scratches/scuffs and some soiling.

In short, noticeably used, but the CD plays perfectly.  Please see included photos.
