Cassette is still sealed in manufacturer’s plastic.  That plastic has some wear like scratches/scuffs and minor soiling.

Please expect the case to have sustained at least a little minor wear through the plastic.

J-Card seems to have a bit of edge wear 

The tape appears have loosened some in the case, so you will probably want to tighten it a bit before putting it in the player (See Last Photo).

In short, essentially new with just a bit of wear.  Please see included photos.
