We use a wide range of couriers from Royal Mail, DHL, DPD & UPS. Depending on where your order is located will depend on what courier is used. The courier that is selected in the listing is not always the courier that will be used to ship your goods, this is due to stock being located in multiple locations across the UK.

All international Customers, (outside of the UK) we do ship through the eBay Global Shipping Program, However the delivery can be slower than normal. All Returns:

• When returning any item, please contact us for a RMA Number.
• Please pack your returning order into the orginal packaging, and write the RMA Number to the outside of the box.
• If the RMA Number is not attached to the box, this will increase the time before we can refund you.
• If your order is a custom made, under no circumstances can your order be cancelled or return as the item is made to your specifications and can not be sold on.
• Items that are to be returned should be in there original packaging including bags, cardboard, polystyrene holders & protectors, inc all accessories (i.e.remotes, leads, batteries, etc) unless anexception has already been agreed. If you do not include the full contents of the box, we cannot issue you with a full refund, as this product then has to be sold at a reduced price. 

Returning Damaged / Faulty Goods:

• If your order is damaged of faulty, please contact us direct to arrange a replacement.
• Refunds will be processed once the order has arrived with us.
• Return shipping of damaged or faulty products is the responsbility, and will be paid for by DY Pro Audio LTD.

Returning Unwanted Items:

• If you would like to return your unwanted item, then please contact us to arrange a return.
• All Returns must be completed within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• Refunds will be processed once the order has arrived with us.
• Returning unwanted items is the responsbility of and paid for by the buyer.
• We advise that all unwanted returns are sent insured in case of damage or loss of item.
