This is the Japanese version of Lucio Fulci's 1979 film Zombi (or  Zombi 2) on VHS. This is most likely a rental, and the cardboard slipcase has been replaced with a hard shell. Please see all pics for box condition. The original cardboard slipcase is actually here, but it was edited to fit the hard shell, most likely at the rental place. The condition overall for the box and the VHS is considered good. The movie played all the way through without any issues.
