I found this surgical book at a high end estate sale near Phoenix, AZ.  The owner was certainly an accomplished surgeon.

This is one of five volumes from the Comprehensive Surgical Atlases In Otolaryngology And Head And Neck Surgery series.

Although I found no writing (except for a name inside the front cover), highlighting, or underlining, other books from the same sale did have, so you may find some that I missed.  Minor wear on the covers.  Pages are browning a bit.
