This 2024 Topps Series 1 #313 Ceddanne Rafaela Rookie Card is a newer card and looks sharp all around.  While I cannot guarantee it would grade Gem Mint.  In the very least it is (NM) Near Mint.  It is the mega box mojo refractor version of the card.
