This vintage flatware set features the Regal pattern (by Dirilyte formally known as Dirigold) a beautiful example of mid‑20th‑century tableware with a warm golden hue. Unlike gold‑plated sets, this flatware is made of a bronze‑based alloy that retains its color throughout the piece. This means you can polish and/or buff it without losing its beautiful color.  The “Regal” pattern offers an elegant handle design with subtle detailing that complements both formal and vintage‑stylish table settings.

Because the metal is an alloy rather than silver or stainless steel, there are some special care instructions: hand‑wash warm, mild detergent, dry thoroughly; avoid the dishwasher. This set will need to be cleaned and polished, there are some pieces that have a little bit of patina from age and light scratches from use or polishing. Also, a Kenized Specialty Treated Lining Box (tested and approved my Oneida) which prevents tarnish. The box is in good condition. The hinges work great and the inside is in good condition. There are scratches and dings on the outer part of the box. The bottom material is pulling away from the box on one side but does not hang to wear it is seen from the side. 

Comes with some of the original paperwork and reorder forms and brochures. This set is out of production and the company no longer manufactures so the paperwork is only for the collectability.
