More than i could ever ask it to be!!!
When i bought this light i was i need of a new light to go caving with in lava beds national monument. I had been looking at lights on rei's website for a couple of weeks and decided this was the light i wanted. I went in and bought the light the day before the trip. When i got home i pulled it out of the box and went to put the batteries in. I immediately found that the battery hatch opens sideways which is awesome because it gives you a lot more space to get the batteries out. Also be warned this is not a light you can just open the box and click through the functions. It is way to awesome to be that simple, READ THE INSTRUCTIONS FULLY! Their are ten fuctions that are all accessed differently. However onece you get the button functions memorized this lights functionality in every situation will blow you away!

Very intuitive touch system, I would suggest getting the rechargeable battery to accompany it. This light is very durable, and I give it the Kyle Forester durability stamp of approval. My only design critique would be the latch mechanism and how its nested behind the tilting hinge. That needs to have simpler access.
