NEW IN BOX ~ only removed from box to take photo.  One sticker has come off a package and has stuck to the tissue paper - see last photo.  The box has a white sticker over one part of "contains" list on box (see second to last photo).  This is the way they were shipped direct from American Girl.  I am thinking they either stopped selling it with fork or ran out of them as I do not see one in any of the packages.
