1)In order for us to file a claim and send you a replacement, you must keep all shipping materials for inspection and exchange.

- You need to inspect the item before signing the BOL paper if any damages please mark it on BOL

3) In most cases we'll ask for pictures of the part in question to file a claim with the carrier company and you'll get a replacement.
