Vital Information:

Shipping:  We ship almost all items within 1 business day of cleared payment. Most items ship same day! We ship USPS, FedEx and UPS. We can ship under any time constraint you may have, and we can ship on account. If you are purchasing an item that will be shipping freight, please be sure to provide all delivery contact information including a phone number. We also need to know if you have a dock or forklift, and if your location is a business. Local pickup in 03833 is always available at no charge.

 Payment: Payment is required before any item can be shipped. We accept PayPal and all major credit cards. Items will ship within 1 business day of cleared payment.

 Warranty/Returns: All items, unless otherwise specified, are guaranteed to be fully functional and not DOA. We accept returns on items by complying with eBay policies. Items are to be returned per the terms of the listing purchased.

 Testing: All items that are listed as "tested" undergo a full shop inspection to ensure they are in proper working condition. We primary injection test and secondary test all breakers that are listed as tested. 

We are open Monday through Friday. If you need weekend assistance we can always plan arrangements.  If you have old, used, or new surplus equipment to liquidate please let us know. We are always buying!
