Background.

The IT Exchange Ltd is a UK printer repair shop based in Stoke-on-Trent, after 19 years of trading we have been very dis-appointed in the supply of replacement Print Heads from the online import market, while they have a good price point we had multiple failures and rarely got the satisfaction that we needed to repair a customers machine in a cost efficient and timely manner.
We decided to source our own Print Heads and have had lots of success repairing local customers machines at a good price point.
Due to the increase in labour costs, Insurance and other company overheads we have decided to offer these kits direct to the public to enable them to repair their own printers even cheaper than the small amount we would charge in house.
You still have our full technical support, a person on the end of the phone during our office hours to help you through this task, and worse case scenario you can always send it to us to do the job for you if you get stuck, we only charge out at our cost for this, so either way you get your printer running again.
