These brackets are powder-coated with a black finish. Mounting nuts/bolts/washers are included as well.
This Universal Bracket will work with any Motorcycle with a 3.5" Center to Center Mount, like most for Harley Motorcycles.
Simply Loosen the Handle Bar Bolts under the top clamp and slide the bracket in.
