If there are any problems with your order, please contact us ASAP so we can remedy the situation.
If your item is found to be defective upon receipt, priority will be given to replacement over refund in all applicable cases.
Wherever possible, your item will be replaced with one of identical or superior specifications upon successful return of the defective item to AER.
If the damage/defect is found to be intentional upon return to AER, this policy will be considered void and no replacement or refund will be sent.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the item unless otherwise noted.
