Shipping:

All items are shipped FEDEX, UPS or USPS unless otherwise noted. Insurance is included in the shipping price. Higher priced items will require a signature ($500 or more). No exceptions.

We can only ship to the address you provide on the eBay checkout page. Once the item is paid for, we can not change the shipping address.

Please note some lighter items may be shipped out using USPS First Class. Items are shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and most major US holidays). Tracking numbers are sent out when the item is shipped. You will get an email from eBay.

You can access your tracking info at any time in your My eBay page. Please check spam filters before contacting us about where your tracking number is.

We only ship to the lower 48 United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Returns:

The item must be returned in the condition it was received.  This means you must package the item up in the same way it was sent. We reserve the right to refuse returns or withhold up to 50% of the purchase price as per eBay policy.

All items sold in lots must be returned in whole. We do not offer partial refunds on lots. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

If the item is Local Pickup, the buyer would have to arrange the return of the item.

We do not offer partial refunds. If there is an issue with the order, it will have to be sent back.

In the case of a return involving a purchase that was sent to a freight forwarder and shipped outside of the US, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
