U-POL RAPTOR 2K Tough Black Bed Liner Kit 3.8L 4 Bottles & Hardener UPORLB/S4

Ultra-Tough Protective Urethane Coating Kit (Black, 3.8 Litres)

U-POL RAPTOR is an ultra-tough, 2K polyurethane protective coating designed for truck beds, off-road vehicles, trailers, and heavy-use commercial equipment. This 3.8-litre black kit contains 4 bottles of Raptor coating (711ml each) and the exact measure of hardener (946ml). It cures to a highly durable, scratch-resistant, and UV-stable textured finish that permanently seals out water and rust.

Key Features & Benefits:

• Extreme Durability: Provides a massively tough, scratch, and stain-resistant surface that withstands mechanical damage, fuels, and oils.
• Waterproof & Rustproof: Completely seals the metal beneath, preventing moisture penetration and corrosion.
• UV Resistant: Advanced urethane chemistry ensures the black finish will not fade or chalk under intense sunlight.

How to Use / Details:

• Preparation: Abrade the surface thoroughly (P120-P180). Apply U-POL ACID#8 Etch Primer or EPOXY Primer to bare metal first.
• Mixing: Pour 250ml of hardener directly into one Raptor bottle. Replace cap and shake vigorously for 2 minutes.
• Application: Attach the bottle directly to a standard Schutz/Underbody spray gun and spray at 40-60 PSI.
