Paper wraps, bound with red ribbon, with 17 pages, each with a b&w photo of architecture, landscapes and more, including the Santa Barbara Mission, President Harry Roosevelt at the Old Mission, POTTER HOTEL, Plaza Del Mar, ARLINGTON HOTEL, Santa Barbara Homes, and more. Measures 5.5x7.5 inches.

Truly hard-to-find - there is one currently available online for $600, and only one listed in the past 20+ years of completed online auctions - this price is based on that one, though it was not in as nice of shape as this.

Condition is VG+: minor wrinkles to edges, two small edge tears, pages very clean throughout.
