Firstly, this RBC manifold has been heavily modified by me, and what I've done cannot be un-done. Before buying or enquiring this manifold may not suit your build. If you have any questions, ask.

For sale;

Modified OEM Honda RBC intake manifold to suit K20 K24 - specifically FWD kswaps.

I performed the following work;

✅ Shaved all unnecessary mounting tabs and un-used bits.

✅ Ported and smoothed throttle body opening to 70mm.

✅ Cut manifold to suit K20 head ( it can still be used on a K24 head when used with a k24 coolant bypass adaptor )

✅ Drilled, tapped and plugged OEM brake booster, map sensor and pcv valve holes.

( Brake booster hose has been relocated, map sensor mounts too TB of course and pcv valve should be ran to a catch can ) see pictures for all information.

✅ Brake booster hose relocated below manifold

✅ Painted in 2 stages VHT wrinkle black

✅ Welded up previous holes from my boosted setup

Other items included in this listing;

- black nylon braided -8AN brake booster hose with OEM check valve at a length suit a RHD vehicle, can be cut down to suit LHD civics and integras ( see pictures for details on how the hose routes/looks )

- P2R thermal gasket, it was for a K24 I cut it down to suit a K20a manifold

- stainless steel socket cap screws x7 ( if you decide not to use the thermal gasket and use a thinner gasket you will be required to get smaller bolts or cut these down or they will bottom out )

NOTE: I previously welded on 5x -3an bungs onto the manifold when I was planning my boosted build for my vaccum lines, I've since removed these bungs and welded the holes up. ( See last 2 photos) I'm a very confident welder I guarantee it will not leak.

NOTE: if your wondering, where do I mount the map sensor?... On the throttle body ( see last few pics )

NOTE: the brake booster hose isn't exactly "tucked" but the way it routes is very neat and the -8AN straight fitting can be easily accessed to remove the hose when working on your car. If you don't have a turbo it won't be very hidden.

I'm happy to answer any questions or enquiries, there's no such thing as a dumb question!!!
