I am mainly a comic book dealer and from time to time I run into a few other things, like this game book (and others to be listed).  I've included a bunch of photos of the book so please check them out as that's the book up for sale.

It's in pretty nice shape, the spine has been cracked and there is some white/colour rub running down it on both sides.  The spine and corner edges are blunted a bit with some white showing. The bottom ones on both sides are creased/blunted a bit more than the others.  There are some scuff/scratch marks on both sides, shelf wear it looks to me.  The top edge on the back has some kind of ink residue, or something, along it, I don't think it's a stain exactly but more of a scuff/colour rub.  Pages are white for the most part, the front and back blank pages have a few tiny stain/foxing spots.
