Camera turn on and the buttons works. However, when you try to take a picture and press on the capture button sometimes it won't take a picture.  Sometimes you won't have a problem and other times you will have to press on the button multiple times. When it takes the picture the quality of the picture seems fine.  This camera will be perfect for someone who knows how to fix cameras.  Please be aware of this issue before you purchase the camera.

The camera will have the battery but not the charger.  The battery will be charged before shipping it.
