This is new in its box

 The box does have some minor scratches to the plastic.

The box is still sealed and no harm has come to the doll.

Pay pal insist that everything is sent using a tracking service, this increases the shipping cost. However, if you buy multiple items, you only pay the tracking charge once, so combining postage makes it a lot cheaper.
