I got these used at auction. All hardware is included. All 60 long and all 60 short screws are accounted for. Nothing is missing. However, 7 out of the 9 that are open have visible scratches. But they also will not be noticeable if you point the scratched part downwards. I tried to include the damaged pieces in the pics the best I could.  They are all very minor and only cosmetic.
