For sale is this UK vinyl album by David Bowie. Entitled Hunky Dory, it contains 11 tracks (see pictures for track listing) and is housed in an unlaminated sleeve and original undated record company inner sleeve. Also included is the original lyric sheet insert. On the RCA Victor label, the catalogue number is SF 8244 and the original date of issue is 1971.
This copy is a very early pressing, dating from 1972 (see pressing details below), with the original Titanic/Chrysalis publishing credits and no MainMan credits anywhere on the labels, cover or insert, but in an unlaminated sleeve (with Gem Production logo on the back cover). First pressings had identical labels to this but came in a laminated sleeve with no Gem Production logo on the back. Then came a laminated sleeve with the Gem Production logo before this unlaminated sleeve was introduced just before MainMan credits were added to the labels around early 1973.

All vinyl records are strictly graded according to Record Collector magazine's grading system, the long established UK standard, with any specific flaws mentioned along with the grading. They are sent in custom-made mailers, with built-in or added stiffeners, and are packaged outside their sleeves to prevent edge splits. Singles without a picture sleeve will either have a plain sleeve or a correct-era original (not repro) record company sleeve (stated above). Original record company sleeves may not be the exact sleeve issued with the single so may have a different catalogue number hand-written in the corner but they will be the correct design for the single. They may have a bit of wear, writing, stickers, sticker marks etc but will be in a generally good, useable condition without edge splits or sellotape.
