Shipping Information:
Please check your address before purchasing. We cannot change the address on our end. All items will be shipped to the address you have listed at the time of purchase.
Attention for everyone using P.O. Boxes:
If you order a large item from us, your order will be canceled. All larger items must be shipped FedEx or ups. They do not deliver to a P.O. Box.
All items we ship have been priced for the US48 (excludes Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, and any other United States territory)
Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and any other U.S. territory have additional shipping costs.
If you are an International buyer please use the eBay international program.
Shipping rates are as listed in our ad and are non-negotiable. We have sent thousands of parts and are always trying to be as competitive on shipping as we can be. If you can get it cheaper through another vendor, more power to you and we wish you the best of luck with your purchase through them.
All items are packaged and can’t be combined for bulk shipping. After many years of dealing with shipping, we’ve found it to also be more expensive to combine shipping on the majority of these items since it’ll either be oversized or the dimensions with the weight throw it out of proportion.
Freight Shipping:
ENGINES, TRANSMISSIONS, SEATS, DOORS, TRUNK LIDS, BUMPERS, HEADLINERS, CONVERTIBLE TOPS and any large bulky items are going to be shipped freight.
Freight shipping is priced to a commercial address with loading dock or forklift required. If you do not have a loading dock or forklift there is a $125 lift gate service that will be added to the freight. This is what T-force bills us for every lift gate service. If you don’t message us to adjust the freight cost prior to purchase, T-force will not use this service and it is marked on the bill of lading.
Addresses of restaurants, offices, hotels, and Apartments we don’t deliver to for freight.
We also are able to ship to residential addresses, but there is an additional charge (roughly $200).
Another option, if you want the business rate for freight, is to have us ship it to the T-force freight terminal. If you choose this option please be aware you will need a valid government issued ID that matches the eBay account information to pick it up at their terminal.
All sold items are only shipped after payment has cleared.
We are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by carrier.
Local Pickups:
Local pickups are limited to freight shipments and items over $500. Please note we do have multiple warehouses and do pickups by appointment only. All pickups require eBay’s 6 digit code along with a valid form of government issued ID matching the account holder’s name. Please contact us first before purchasing for local pickup.
Offers/negotiating on item:
We list our items very competitively, some items have a little more wiggle room on them than others. Asking “what’s the lowest” or shooting ridiculous low offers will be ignored and you will be added to the blocked list. We’re all for client satisfaction, but we do target higher end vehicles at auction and the prices reflect on what we list them for. If there’s a better deal from someone else we’re stoked for you to get it from them. A good attitude and sending a message goes a long way. We’re more than happy to try to make it work as long as you’re in a good ballpark of what the item is priced at.
Any Issues/problems:
Sh*t happens, whether a shipping provider decided to see how far he could toss the item for a cigarette, accidently receiving the wrong item, your package getting lost by the carrier, etc. Please reach out to us immediately.
Our goal is to make sure you receive the item you purchased as quickly as we can get it to you.
Please inspect/install the part within 30 days, after that we can’t assist you with any issues.
Warranty Information:
All parts come with a 30-day warranty, this does not mean returns. Please keep in mind that you are buying a used part and savings go along with some issues. We highly suggest checking with your mechanic to confirm fitment of the part before ordering it. All the items we sell are tested and in good working order. Warranty does not cover ANY labor costs, programming, and other expenses. If you do have an issue with a product please reach out to us and we’ll do everything in our power to get it resolved. Warranty is NOT included on inventory listed for parts, or not working along with any electronic items.
