TICKET STUB from November 15, 1986 between the Buffalo Sabres and Montreal Canadiens at The Forum in Montreal.    

On this night, Sabres HOF Great GILBERT PERREAULT would RECORD HIS LAST NHL POINT in a 4-2 loss to the Canadiens.   Perreault would RETIRE a week later.   

GILBERT PERREAULT SIGNED THE TICKET STUB in BLUE STAEDTLER MARKER and added the INSCRIPTION "Last NHL Point".  Comes with a COA Card from Sports Authentix.

Ticket Stub measures approximately 1-3/4" x 4-1/2" and is in Ex condition.  Signature is MINT !
