Important Shipping & Customs Information

For U.S. Buyers:
Effective August 29, 2025, recent U.S. import rule changes (de minimis update) mean all incoming goods are now subject to customs duties and taxes, regardless of their value.

• Duty/tax rates vary by product category, typically around 10%–25% of the item value depending on the country and item type. This is just an estimation as Customs duty/tax rates are charged by your Government on each item imported into the country. eBay or the Seller do not have any control over these taxes, so they must be paid on any items bought internationally by the Buyer.

• Additional handling fees may be charged by FedEx, DHL, USPS, or customs brokers.

• These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the Buyer’s responsibility.

For International Buyers:
Import duties, taxes, and related charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

• These fees are determined by your local customs authority and usually range between 5%–25% depending on the country and item type.

• Buyers are responsible for any such charges upon delivery.

Customs Holds or Delays:
If your parcel is held by customs, please note that refunds or returns cannot be granted due to non-payment of import duties/taxes or refusal to clear the shipment.
We strongly recommend checking your country’s import regulations before placing an order.
