This works great. It's powered via an in-line switch on the cord. It's in beautiful condition with no chips or cracks in the 9 glass panels. The 9 panels are removalable and attached to the hooks on the base. It's a beautiful smokey glass with etched stars. It takes 4 bulbs, which I'm including. It's 12" across and 10.5" tall. Each of the 9 panels is 8.5" long and 3.75" across. The chain/cord is 13 ft and 5" long, approximately. Shipping is free for the buyer, but not for me. Due to the size of the item and the difficulty packaging, there will be no returns on this item
