This listing is for 16 sealed packs and some loose cards as seen in the pictures.  Each pack contains 10 cards, so you will receive a total of 160 cards.  

A full set of these has 100 cards.  You may be able to build one set from this lot.  Cards should be in great shape as packages look good.  These date from 1991.
