Vintage Tupperware #679 jadeite green lettuce keeper or food storage bowl #148-10 has the clear lid. It measures about 5.25" high by almost 7.5" across. In good pre-owned condition: No cracks, stains or melts, but there are minor use scratches. Missing the insert/spike.
