Item Description

Nakade Rokutaro 1960 (no250927)

Nakade Rokutaro is one of Japan's master craftsmen, having learned guitar making from his older brother, Nakade Sakazo, and later established his own workshop. This instrument is a masterpiece, crafted with a solid spruce top and rosewood back and sides. It responds quickly to even the most delicate touches and produces a rich, full-bodied tone. The responsiveness and depth of sound, fully translating the expressiveness of the player's fingertips, are the charms of solid wood. The relatively slim neck shape makes it easy to play, allowing you to lose track of time and become completely immersed in your playing. There was a crack in the top from both ends of the bridge toward the end of the body, but it has been repaired. It is now in perfect condition for continued use.Specifications
