This is brand new, in original packaging, never used. No visible wear. No odors or stains.
This has the velcro/Hook/Loop Backing on the back of the patch. This will allow you to add the patch to a Tactical vest, Hat, Back pack, range bag, go-bag, carry-on bag or anything with a velcro backing.
Size: approx 3 1/4" tall.
