Comes with plastic carry case. 2 electrode cords and approximately 24 adhesive electrodes.

Tested with a battery and unit powers up and adjusts as it should.

Hand held unit shows a minor sign of storage - the 2 “rubber” grips on one side of the handheld unit is sticky and the other side is missing from age. I would suggest just to remove the one that’s still there. The electrode cords are not damaged and 5 of the 6 packs of the adhesive electrode pads are factory sealed.

Also included is an Energizer 9v rechargeable battery and wall charger. THIS ITEM IS UNTESTED AND I AM INCLUDING IT AS A COURTESY. No guarantees the battery will hold a charge.
