This unique piece is a hand-carved squirrel figurine, crafted from natural wood (see photos). The squirrel is depicted upright, holding a nut, with detailed features and inlaid black eyes. A loop is carved at the top, making it suitable for hanging as a pendant, ornament, or decorative collectible.

The underside is hollow with openings, which may indicate it was designed as a whistle, rattle, or functional carving in addition to being ornamental.
