Used: Our "Used" products have been carefully inspected and tested to ensure they meet our quality standards. These items may show minor signs of wear but are in excellent working condition. SHIPPING

Most orders received by 3 pm EST are shipped the same day. In the event of a shipping delay, you will be notified, and your order will be dispatched the following day. All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, with a tracking number provided once your order leaves our warehouse. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Free Standard Shipping Estimated delivery time of 4 to 7 days.

Expedited Shipping Available for some orders at an additional cost, typically offering a delivery time of 2 to 4 days.

PAYMENT

Payment Timeframe Payment is expected within 2 days of the auction closing or the Buy It Now purchase. If payment is not received within this timeframe, an unpaid item case may be opened in the Resolution Center.

Unpaid Items If an unpaid item case is opened, you will have an additional 4 days to make the payment. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of the transaction and a record of the unpaid item on your account.

Prompt Shipping Once payment is received and cleared, your item will be shipped promptly. You will receive a tracking number for your shipment within 24 hours of dispatch.

RETURNS

We offer a hassle-free return policy for most items shipped from our store. You may return your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order, with the following considerations:
