Please look at pictures MacBook Pro as issues we do not know

We are a pawn shop, not a repair shop, unit was pawned and came out for sale, system was rebooted to factory but the problems started, email account lock laptop , error from internet, and disclosure may have other issues we are not aware of as/is.
