Shipping Delivery Returns

Shipping:

Due to the size and weight of this HVAC system, your order will be professionally shrink-wrapped, secured to a pallet, and shipped via LTL freight to a physical address (no PO boxes).

Freight delivery typically requires an appointment and is curbside delivery only. Transit time varies by location, but most orders ship within 1–3 business days and arrive within approximately 3–7 business days after shipment.

Tracking information will be provided through eBay once your order ships. You can view tracking in “My Purchases” or contact us anytime via eBay Messages or at 888-288-1974 if you need assistance.

Please inspect the shipment at delivery and note any visible damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing. This helps us resolve freight claims quickly if needed.

Delivery:

Please inspect your shipment before signing for delivery.

If you see visible damage to the packaging or equipment, do not accept the delivery. Ask the driver to note the damage on the bill of lading and return the shipment. Once noted, contact us and we’ll help with next steps.

If a delivery is signed for as received in good condition, freight carriers consider it accepted and damage claims cannot be filed. For this reason, damage discovered after acceptance cannot be refunded or replaced.

Returns:

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Please contact us through eBay Messages to request a return. We’ll issue a return authorization and arrange freight pickup with our carrier.

Due to the size and weight of HVAC equipment, eBay shipping labels and standard carriers (USPS, FedEx, UPS) cannot be used.
