Nettle Leaf Tea

Originally native to Europe and much of  Asia Urtica dioica, also known as the common nettle is now found worldwide, including North America.  This plant has a long history of use as a source for traditional medicine, food, tea in ancient societies.  The nettle leaves and stems in most subspecies, also bear many stinging hairs, whose tips come off when touched, transforming the hair into a needle that can inject several chemicals causing a painful sting giving the species its common names: stinging nettle, burn nettle, burn weed, or burn hazel.

Nettle leaf tea is alkalizing, gluten free, naturally Caffeine-free and vegan-friendly. Nettle tea is rich in Vitamin A, C, E, K, D, and B complex vitamins.  Nettle leaf is also a great natural source for amino acids, beta-carotene, calcium, copper, iron, potassium, magnesium, sulfur, zinc, boron and Protein.  Nettle leaf tea is a great natural solution for general well-being and provides many essential vitamins and minerals to support the immune system, the nervous system, bone stability, the metabolism and skin health.
