3-5/8" square. Paper on masonite. Edges have roughness. Paper has some toning. Did a google and all I found were advertisements. I don't think this is an actual pad as there is nothing to attach so as to put on chest like in the illustration. I'm guessing this might be the top of the container than it came in.
