WARRANTY POLICIES:
We offer a limited 1-Year warranty to all of our aftermarket replacement products. We are confident that our products are from defects in materials and workmanship, and all products are inspected by our quality control team before shipment.
The 1-Year warranty is applied from the original date of purchase and is non-transferable. The limited warranty does not cover labor, installation, alterations, mis-used, modification not intended by the car manufacturer, and any damage from accidents.
All warranty claims must be authorized and returned prepaid to us for inspection and approval along with a filled out warranty form. This 1-Year limited warranty does not cover or assume responsibility for any expenses such as labor, towing, loading fluids, oils, or car rentals.
We highly recommend that a licensed professional bears the responsibility of proper installation; the buyer also assumes the risk of possible damages caused by improper installation. No exchange will be made for all products that has been damaged by mis-used or improperly installed.
RETURN POLICIES:
We accept your return, and all returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase, and the product shall be unused and in new condition. All returns require a RGA# (Return Good Authorization number) from us, so please contact us before you plan to make a return. We will only accept returns purchased directly from our eBay store.
After we receive your return, we will inspect the merchandise and make sure it's in new and good condition. We will refund your payment on merchandise 100% (excluding our shipping). Also it's buyer's responsibility to pay for the return shipping fee. When you make an order, please be sure that you order correct item and correct size!
