Daisy Cloud sells clothes and accessories for women, men and children. We specialise in larger sizes but sell a range of sizes. Our items come mostly from well-known UK retailers and catalogues. Due to the way we buy our stock, we can offer it to you far cheaper than the RRP.

The majority of our items we only have one of and cannot always get any more of. Therefore if you really want something please buy early to avoid any disappointment. Postage
For standard postage we use mostly Royal Mail but also use different couriers. If you have a preference or need us to use an express courier then we can often accommodate it. Please contact us before purchasing but please be aware we may need to charge more for using a different service especially for an express service. If you have a safe place or neighbour the parcel should be left with then please let us know and we will pass this information on to the courier. Your item will be carefully packaged in brand new, high quality protective packaging.
International Postage
We are happy to send items anywhere in the world. Our items can only be sent using Ebay's international postal service which we have no control over including the cost.
Returns
We are happy to accept returns. We can only accept returns if you use the Ebay returns process. All items must be returned in the same state as when sent and in a resellable condition. New items must be unworn and unwashed. If they had tags then these must still be attached. Used items must be in the same condition as when sent. Therefore you are strongly advised to be 100% sure you wish to keep items before removing tags or wearing. We cannot accept returns on worn underwear or swimwear for hygiene reasons.
The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning. You are strongly advised to use a trackable return method for peace of mind. Refunds will only be made by the method used to pay. Anyone found abusing the refund system will be reported to Ebay and stopped from bidding on any of our auctions or buying our items.
