Purchase: All purchases are final, so please be sure before adding to basket and clicking 'Buy It Now'. In the event that a purchase is made in error please contact us immediately. Any items that remain unpaid after 3 days will be reported to eBay.

Collectors: We specifically and intentionally do not advertise any of our items as ‘Mint On Card.’ Most items on our website have travelled from various countries around the world and can often experience a certain degree of travel wear. Generally they arrive to us in near perfect condition and are then packaged and sent by us with appropriate care and internal support but we CANNOT GUARANTEE this is how they will arrive through a delivery process. Mint on card Collectors are advised to contact us prior to purchase. Similarly minor faults with the actual items themselves, most notably minor scratching or paint application flaws at a manufacturer level do occur in less common instances. Buyers are welcome to contact us for photographs of the specific item they will be receiving after purchasing or request the use of premium packaging materials at an additional cost. Please contact us with any questions or specific requirements.

Refunds and Returns: If an order is made in error, or a customer changes their mind about something they order, we offer a 14-day money back guarantee on return of the item, and only where it has been unused and unopened and returned to us in the exact condition it was sent in. In these cases, it is at the buyers responsibility and cost to ensure they are returned in the same condition.

Feedback: We will always leave feedback for our buyers and would encourage you to do the same. If you have any issues with your item or the service we have provided we would kindly ask that you contact us. Even sometimes when things are out of our control we would prefer to hear from you and 99% of the time problems can be easily resolved with some communication.

Important: Shipping Information

Delivery: We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for all standard orders, any larger orders may be shipped using tracked and reliable courier service. We endeavor to post all items within 24 hours of orders being placed (Sun-Thurs), generally sooner, any severe delays to this will be communicated to the e-mail address/ contact information provided to us at time of purchase. Any items ordered over a weekend will not be dispatched until Monday. Please allow additional delivery time over public holidays.

International Delivery: For International orders we use eBay's Global Shipping Program. eBay calculate all international shipping costs and use their own couriers. For combined shipping quotes please enter all items into your basket together before purchasing to allow for a combined quote. We as the seller have no control or visibility of this charge. Once eBay has shipped your item you will receive tracking information.
