Symptoms - constant sound from drain pump, constant draining condition. Even after unplugging the washer from the outlet OR pressing CANCEL button for 10 seconds the drain pump starts running again. You may also get F3E1 error code . This applies to models listed below.
1. PLEASE check your washer's model AND serial numbers BEFORE proceeding with purchase. They must correspond to ones listed below (if you need help, send us your model and serial #)
2. Carefully remove your control board from the washing machine, package it safely in a box and ship to the address provided in a message that you will receive after purchase.
3. Send your board with your preferred shipping company (USPS, FEDEX, UPS etc.). You are paying for shipping to us. You can also use the following service, if you like, which offers very good discounted rates for USPS and UPS. -- pirateship.com --
4. After it arrives, we repair it WITHIN ONE (1) BUSINESS DAY and ship it back the following day by USPS priority shipping. Shipping cost $19.99 is included in the listing. The listed handling time 6 days just covers shipping time from you, buyer, to our facility.
5. You install the repaired board and enjoy freshly washed laundry.
We HIGHLY recommend performing CALIBRATION after installation of the board because without it the board MAY not work properly. See instructions in the photos above or download Instruction from the link below, pages 2-4:
