Repair AC Hoses on the Vehicle. The crimper is apply for beadlocking fitting and barrier A/C hose.

The lightweight hand-held crimping tool is very portable and ideal for shop and field applications.

The crimper can be easily mounted to a bench using the holding fixture or held securely in a vice

The dies for hydraulic hose crimper snap quickly into the press fixture requiring no pins or screws

The ac hose crimper comes with a complete set of dies covering hose sizes: #6(5/16"), #8(13/32)", #10(1/2"), #12(5/8") and reduced barrier hose sizes: #6(5/16"), #8(13/32)", #10(1/2"), #12(5/8") . Always wear safety goggles when operating. Note: #8SRB and #6 is the same dies, with purple color.

The Hydraulic Hose Crimper can be used on both beaded and barbed hose fittings. The kit comes with a complete set of dies covering hose sizes #8, #10, #12, and reduced barrier #6, #8, #10, and #12.

Hose Crimper dies to snap quickly into the press fixture, requiring no pins or screws. The kit comes in a custom-molded case.

For Standard Hose Die Set：

Purple Set– #6 (5/16”)

Red Set – #8 (13/32”)

Yellow Set – #10 (1/2”)

Green Set – #12 (5/8”)

For Reduceds Barrier Die Set：

Black Set – #6SRB (5/16”)

Purple - #8SRB/ #6 (13/32")

Orange Set – #10SRB (1/2”)

Blue Set – #12SRB (5/8”)

Note: Purple die are for #6 & #8SRB.

Operating Steps：

1. Cutting The Hose：Take the hose and cut to the right length.

2. Remove the pin：Remove pin and loosen the handle till you can "Open" top yoke

3. Slect correct dies：Select the correct die set for the AC hose.(refer to back page for description)

4. Insert dies：Insert the dies into a joke tightly.

5. Turn body clockwise：Turn Body of tool clockwise until dies are snug against hose fitting

6. Crimping the hose：Pump handle to crimp fitting onto hose .continue pumping until handle comes to a stop.

7. Release the handle：Turn the hydraulic valve to the OPEN position

8. After Crimping：6 segmented crimp, and produces a factory quality crimp.
