Blue / White Porcelain Street Sign
 
This is one of three porcelain street signs that came out of the Cincinnati area that I have on eBay this week.  These are all Cincinnati street signs from the 1930's / 1940's.  This one has some light porcelain loss on the very outer edges as seen in the photo.  The main field of the sign is in great condition with NO damage.  This sign has nice thick porcelain shelving and has very nice gloss and has that classic "wet" porcelain "look and feel".  The colors are a bright white and a rich deep blue (commonly referred to as COBALT BLUE).  I grade this sign at close to, or about a 9 condition (on a 1 - 10 scale) due to the edging.
