Preowned items will be given a special tag. Returns must be free of pet hair, smoke/perfume etc. A refund (less the original shipping) will be given upon inspection of the item. Items that we DO NOT accept returns on include- Lingerie, Swimwear, Undergarments, Pet Products & "Final Sale" Items.
