Items assembled or disassembled are not covered under our return policy. We keep a record of the serial number and a picture of the item we send to customers. We will not exchange or refund if the parts are found to be tampered with or stripped. We will issue a refund or replacement once we have received the item. We cannot give refunds after 30 days has passed from the purchase date.
