Both discs have a lot of scratches (in particular Disc 2).  I tested both CDs by playing them all the way through, and both played perfectly.

Front insert has creasing (See 12th Photo for example), some creasing-related waviness, edge/corner wear including tiny tears & splitting (See Last 2 Photos for examples), fingerprints, and some age yellowing.

Rear insert has a little surface wear, and apparent sun fading to one end panel.

Case has some scratches and scuffs.

In short, obviously used, but both CDs play perfectly.  Please see included photos.
