Delivery Times
UK Delivery
Calendar Club UK offer FREE Economy Delivery to ship anywhere inside the UK and Northern Ireland; delivery is estimated to take between 3-5 working days, we also offer a Standard Delivery option estimated to take between 1-2 working days.
International Delivery
Calendar Club UK orders can be delivered to most countries in the world. When filling out the International address, be sure to include the Postal Code.
All shipping addresses must include the destination country in the "Country" field.
Europe (EU member states) - Expected delivery time is between 7-15 working days.
Rest Of World - Expected delivery time is between 20-25 working days.
NOTE: Intervening holidays such as Good Friday, Easter Monday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Day and public bank holidays may affect delivery.
Returns
Item(s) can be returned for a refund as long as they remain unused and are packaged to ensure they reach us in their original condition.
Returning an Item
The following steps must be taken to return an order:
- You must inform our Customer Service Department, via the contact Seller option, within your 14 day cooling off period, this is 14 days from the date you purchased your item(s)
- Please return your item(s) in an unused state and are packaged to ensure it reaches us in its original sellable condition and cannot get damaged in transit.
- Please include a note which details your order number and the reason for your return.

- Your item(s) must reach us no later than 14 days after you have given us notification of your return else, we will not be able to action any refund.
- Please make sure which ever courier company you choose to use provides you with a tracking reference for the parcel so that you can track its return to us.
- Print off the returns label provided and then please send your return to us within 14 days.
- Once your order has been received by the Returns Department, we will issue the appropriate refund. We aim to do this within 3-5 working days of receipt, however sometimes this can take longer due to the seasonality of our business. Please note we do not cover the cost of the return.
