Exact item shown, I got it for a relative who then didn't want it - so I decided to not buy the battery - you buy a battery (about $35 here on eBay, or from APC with a 2 year warranty for $64) and you will have a new battery and a nice UPS. This is a discontinued model but the software and battery are still available. APC site info is here
https://www.apc.com/us/en/product/BN900M/apc-backups-900va-120v-9-nema-outlets-3-surge-/ the proper USB cable is included (I put it in the battery compartment so it won't get lost. Installing the battery is easy - red to red, black to black, slide it inside and put the battery door back on. In the photos you see it running a 100W lamp, you see the control panel (the software you download from APC) showing it's status.
